Description
This unique weapon resembles the laser rifle in that it gets 20 rounds out of a power pack and, like all energy weapons, can be fired in burst and autofire modes. First, though, it does deal more damage, and is thus best reserved for your best shooter. Second, only one is available, in the front of the Guardian Citadel, past Sister Wrath in the office in the northwest.
